Product Description

DHF Configurable Solenoid Cartridge Valves are flexible Hydraulic valve solutions and belong to the CARTRIDGE VALVE family. Designed for customized electric control in the hydraulic system, this series supports multiple circuit logics including 2-way, 3-way and 4-way poppet or spool configurations, with normally open and normally closed options to meet diverse control demands of various Machine .

This CARTRIDGE VALVE adopts screw-in threaded cartridge installation and can be directly assembled into manifold blocks. Its configurable feature covers multiple cavity sizes (08, 10, 12, 16), coil voltages and manual override selections, greatly simplifying customized manifold design and replacement for Machine. The poppet or precision spool structure delivers low internal leakage, fast electromagnetic response and reliable switching performance, ensuring stable load holding, shutoff and directional control for the whole hydraulic system .

As a customizable Hydraulic valve, the DHF series is widely used on construction Machine, aerial work platforms, agricultural machinery, forklifts and other mobile hydraulic equipment. It is ideal for OEM manifold development and aftermarket replacement projects. Multiple seal materials (NBR/FKM) are optional to adapt to different hydraulic media. Every valve undergoes strict pressure and leakage testing before shipment, with flexible delivery solutions for standard and customized orders.
