Product Description

CB Series Pilot-Assisted Counterbalance Cartridge Valves are safety-critical Hydraulic valve products within the CARTRIDGE VALVE family, widely used for load holding and overrunning load control in the hydraulic system of lifting and mobile Machine[(Sun Hydrau...)]. Also known as over-center valves, this CARTRIDGE VALVE prevents loads from uncontrolled falling or runaway movement, effectively protecting hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors under gravity or overrunning load conditions.

This CARTRIDGE VALVE adopts screw-in threaded cartridge structure and can be directly installed into manifold blocks, saving manifold space and simplifying circuit integration for Machine. It integrates free-flow check function and pilot-assisted pressure control: oil flows freely toward the load, while reverse flow only opens under the action of pilot pressure according to the set pilot ratio, realizing stable and controlled load lowering in the hydraulic system[(Sun Hydrau...)].
