Product Description

CK Series Low-Leakage Pilot-to-Open Check Cartridge Valves are a high-performance Hydraulic valve and belong to the CARTRIDGE VALVE family. This pilot-to-open check valve allows free flow toward the load while tightly blocking reverse flow until pilot pressure is applied, delivering excellent low internal leakage for reliable load holding in the hydraulic system of lifting and mobile Machine.

This CARTRIDGE VALVE adopts screw-in threaded cartridge structure and can be directly installed into manifold blocks, saving manifold assembly space and simplifying circuit design for Machine. Its precision poppet sealing design realizes ultra-low leakage, which is critical for load-holding circuits of hydraulic cylinders. When pilot pressure is supplied to the pilot port, the valve poppet opens to allow reverse flow for load lowering or cylinder retraction. It effectively prevents uncontrolled load dropping and maintains circuit safety within the hydraulic system.
