Product Description

AD-100 Hydraulic Air Oil Cooler, also known as AH1012T Hydraulic Radiator, is a high-performance air-cooled plate-fin heat exchanger designed to maintain stable oil temperature for the hydraulic system of industrial and mobile Machine. It effectively dissipates heat generated during continuous heavy-duty operation, preventing hydraulic oil deterioration, seal aging, and overheating damage to pumps, motors and Hydraulic valve groups in the whole system .

This cooler features high-efficiency aluminum plate-fin heat exchange core with large heat dissipation area, matched with axial cooling fan. It is 1:1 interchangeable with AH1012T, with a max flow of 100 L/min and standard G1" oil port for easy installation into return oil circuits of the hydraulic system. Multiple fan voltage options are available including DC12V, DC24V, AC220V and AC380V to adapt to different power supply requirements of various Machine.

Rugged and shock-resistant structure, excellent dustproof, oil mist resistant performance, suitable for harsh outdoor working environments. Widely used for hydraulic stations, lifting equipment, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. It is commonly matched with manifold blocks, CARTRIDGE VALVE assemblies and hydraulic pump groups. Every unit passes strict pressure and performance testing before delivery. Ready stock supports fast shipment for OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement.
