Product Description

The OR-150 Shell-and-Tube Oil Cooler, also referred to as a hydraulic water cooler, is a high-performance water-cooled shell-and-tube heat exchanger dedicated to heat control for industrial hydraulic system. It efficiently removes excess heat generated during continuous heavy-load operation of Machine, maintaining hydraulic oil within the ideal working temperature range. By preventing oil degradation, seal aging and overheating damage to pumps, motors and Hydraulic valve assemblies, it guarantees stable operation of the whole hydraulic circuit and can be used together with CARTRIDGE VALVE manifold hydraulic stations.

This shell-and-tube heat exchanger adopts a robust structure with carbon steel shell and copper/brass tube bundle. Hot hydraulic oil flows within the shell side while cooling water circulates through the tube side for efficient heat exchange. Internal baffles optimize fluid flow paths to boost heat transfer efficiency. Designed for a maximum oil flow of 150 L/min, it supports both horizontal and vertical installation to fit different equipment layout requirements. Water-cooling delivers more stable and stronger cooling performance than air-cooled radiators, ideal for industrial scenarios with circulating cooling water.

It is widely installed on injection molding machines, die-casting machines, metallurgical equipment, large hydraulic power units and other industrial Machine. Every cooler passes strict pressure leakage testing before delivery. We support OEM and aftermarket replacement, with flexible delivery arrangements.
