LS-3 / LS-5 Hydraulic Oil Level & Temperature Gauges (also known as hydraulic oil level sight gauges with thermometers) are essential visual monitoring accessories for the hydraulic system, widely mounted on the oil tank of various industrial and mobile Machine. This integrated Hydraulic valve & hydraulic station accessory combines oil level observation and temperature reading in one unit, helping operators quickly check the hydraulic oil status without stopping the hydraulic system.

This gauge is installed on the side of hydraulic oil tanks. The transparent acrylic sight window clearly displays the real-time oil level, while the built-in thermometer simultaneously shows oil temperature (Celsius & Fahrenheit dual scale). It effectively prevents system failures caused by insufficient oil level or overheating, protecting pumps, Hydraulic valve groups and CARTRIDGE VALVE manifolds in the hydraulic station. LS-3 (3-inch) and LS-5 (5-inch) are two common sizes to fit different tank height requirements of Machine.

The outer frame adopts chrome-plated iron or aluminum alloy structure with good oil resistance and sealing performance. The sealing gasket prevents oil leakage after long-term operation. It is suitable for mineral hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. It is commonly matched with hydraulic power units, lifting equipment, construction machinery and industrial hydraulic system as standard tank accessories.
