Custom Injection Blue Plastic shell hosuing

This is a blue plastic shell housing made via injection molding technique. The housing can be made to customers' 3D drawings, 2D drawing, and even physical models for the making of equipment enclosure, electronic module, sensor cover, control housing, etc. This plastic housing can be made in different sizes with various wall thicknesses as well as different kinds of internal fittings such as buckles, screws, etc.

Material Choices

ABS, PC, ABS/PC compound, PP, POM, PA, PET along with other types of engineering plastics. The blue color can be created using master batch while molding the plastic. Custom blue color (Pantone color code) is also possible.

Flame retardant, low temperature resistant, food contact and UV resistant materials are optional.
