Product Description

The GP60‑SP25 Double Hydraulic Gear Pump is a combined two‑stage hydraulic pump, assembled by heavy‑duty GP60 cast iron main stage and lightweight SP25 aluminum auxiliary stage. As a versatile Hydraulic gear pump with twin pump sections driven by a single input shaft, it delivers two independent oil outputs at the same time, which is widely used for dual‑circuit hydraulic system of different kinds of Machine.

Key Features

1. Hybrid structure design: GP60 heavy‑duty cast iron front stage matches SP25 aluminum rear stage. This Hydraulic gear pump balances high pressure performance and light weight, reducing the total weight of hydraulic pump installed on your Machine and saving layout space of the hydraulic system.

2. Flexible displacement selection: GP60 stage can choose displacement from 25~125 cc/rev; SP25 stage optional displacement range:19~63 cc/rev. Customized combinations satisfy different flow requirements for two separate loops of your hydraulic system.

3. GP60 section adopts carburized quenching gear, DU bearing and pressure‑balanced wear plate, ensuring high volumetric efficiency and long service life for this hydraulic pump even under heavy vibration and shock load on construction Machine.

4. Optimized gear profile lowers flow pulsation and running noise of the Hydraulic gear pump. NBR or FKM seal options are available for different oil medium and working temperature.

5. Complete OEM support: shaft extension, mounting flange, port direction and rotation direction can be customized, easy to replace original hydraulic pump of many types of Machine.
