Product Description

DYH Planetary Gearbox is a high‑torque, compact planetary gear box independently developed by Dongyu Hydraulics. It can be configured as FINAL DRIVE for crawler Travel Assembly, SWING REDUCER for upper‑structure slewing, or matched with hydraulic winch for lifting operation. Perfectly cooperating with the whole hydraulic system, this planetary gear box converts high‑speed low‑torque output from hydraulic motor into powerful low‑speed high‑torque driving force for engineering machinery.

Key Features

1. Multi‑tooth meshing planetary design of this gear box delivers outstanding load sharing capacity and strong impact resistance, which makes it durable whether serving as FINAL DRIVE of crawler Travel Assembly, SWING REDUCER or drive unit for hydraulic winch under tough site conditions.

2. Integrated built‑in multi‑disc wet brake, balance valve and overload protection valve are optional, greatly improving safety and stability of your hydraulic system during starting, stopping and heavy‑load hoisting of hydraulic winch.
