Product Description

DFT Travel Gears Hydraulic is a compact planetary gear box widely adopted as FINAL DRIVE for crawler Travel Assembly. While mainly designed for track driving, this robust gear box can also be adapted as SWING REDUCER for upper‑body slewing or matched with hydraulic winch for lifting work. Working closely with the whole hydraulic system, it converts high‑speed, low‑torque power output by hydraulic motor into powerful low‑speed high‑torque driving force for all kinds of heavy construction machines.

1. Multi‑stage planetary design of DFT Travel Gears Hydraulic realizes multi‑tooth simultaneous meshing, greatly boosting load‑sharing capacity and impact resistance. Whether configured as FINAL DRIVE of Travel Assembly, SWING REDUCER or driving unit of hydraulic winch, this gear box can withstand severe vibration and heavy impact from the hydraulic system on job sites.

2. Built‑in wet multi‑disc static brake comes as standard, optional balance valve and anti‑shock valve can be integrated. It provides reliable parking and emergency stop protection for Travel Assembly, SWING REDUCER and hydraulic winch, significantly improving safety and stability of the complete hydraulic system.

3. Ultra‑compact shell‑rotary structure saves limited installation space. Compared with traditional parallel‑shaft reducer, DFT Travel Gears Hydraulic achieves higher torque density, which is the core advantage when replacing old FINAL DRIVE inside narrow Travel Assembly chamber.
