DYC Monorail Crane Drive is a heavy‑duty planetary gear box , specially designed for monorail crane traction. As a core FINAL DRIVE component for suspended monorail transport equipment, it can be matched with Travel Assembly and hydraulic winch on various mining and construction machines, and it also works together with SWING REDUCER for multi‑functional machine configuration.

Main Features

1. Adopts multi‑stage planetary gear structure, compact layout and small installation space. High traction torque output, strong climbing capacity, stable running under heavy load.

2. Built‑in multi‑disc spring‑applied brake for parking and emergency stop. It locks the monorail crane reliably once power or hydraulic pressure fails, which is a critical safety design for underground working conditions.

3. Hardened gear teeth, excellent impact resistance and long service life. Multiple reduction ratios are optional for different speed and traction requirements.

4. Fully compatible with complete hydraulic system, can be driven by high‑torque hydraulic motor. Easy to disassemble, inspect and replace lubricant oil for daily maintenance.

5. Wide operating temperature range from -10℃ to 40℃, good environmental adaptability for underground coal mine, tunnel and factory workshop.
