Linde Hydraulic Charge Pump is a core Hydraulic Pump Spare Parts specially matched with Linde HPV / HPR series closed‑loop axial piston pumps. It adopts internal gear pump (IGP) structure, and can be integrated or externally assembled on the main pump body, widely used for construction Machine and complete hydraulic system maintenance and replacement.

Main Features

1. Internal meshing gear design：Compact size, low noise, stable oil supply, strong suction performance. Two common displacement options: 16cc/rev and 22.5cc/rev. Two suction types are available: internal suction and external suction. Cold start valve can be optionally installed for low‑temperature startup protection.

2. Three core functions

- Make‑up oil supply: Supplement leaked oil for closed hydraulic circuit, maintain stable charge pressure (normally around 19 bar).

- Pilot oil source: Provide control pressure oil for servo and variable mechanism of main piston pump.

- Cooling & flushing: Cooperate with flushing valve to realize hot oil exchange inside the closed loop, reduce system temperature.

3. High‑strength cast iron body, heat‑treated gear pair, good wear resistance and long service life. Complete interchangeable with original Linde charge pump, suitable for pump overhaul and spare parts stocking.

4. Built‑in charge relief valve, stable pressure output, effectively protect the whole hydraulic system from overload damage. Clockwise / Counter‑clockwise rotation versions are supplied according to main pump requirement.
