GP60 Single Hydraulic Gear Pump is a high pressure single‑stage external‑gear Hydraulic gear pump, widely adopted as core hydraulic power source of hydraulic system for various heavy‑duty Machine. This robust hydraulic pump features cast iron housing and pressure balance plate design, delivering stable flow and high volumetric efficiency under continuous heavy load working conditions.

Main Features

1. High strength cast iron body, carburized and quenched alloy steel gear pair, fitted with heavy‑duty DU bearing. Excellent wear resistance and long service life even under severe vibration and dirty oil environment.

2. Displacement options from 25cc/rev up to 135cc/rev (GP60.25, GP60.32, GP60.40, GP60.50, GP60.63, GP60.80, GP60.100, GP60.135). Custom installation flanges, shaft ends and oil port types are available.

3. Rated working pressure: 280 bar, peak pressure up to 315~350 bar; Max speed: 3000 rpm, low noise and little pressure pulsation.

4. Adopts copper pressure‑balanced wear plate, automatically compensates gear clearance, maintains high efficiency for a long running time. Multiple seal material choices including Viton for high temperature application.

5. 100% factory testing before shipment. Interchangeable with original David Brown / Hydreco 2200 series, perfect for repair and spare parts stocking.
