GP40 Duplex Hydraulic Gear Pump is a heavy‑duty twin‑unit external‑gear Hydraulic gear pump, widely used as main power source of hydraulic system for various construction and industrial Machine. This robust hydraulic pump combines two gear stages in one shared drive shaft, supplying flow for two independent circuits simultaneously.

Main Features

1. High strength cast iron housing, carburized quenched alloy steel gear pairs and heavy‑duty DU bearings. Great anti‑wear performance and long service life under heavy vibration and contaminated oil conditions.

2. Wide combination of displacements: each section can select displacement from 8 cc/rev to 92 cc/rev separately, flexible flow matching for different actuators in one hydraulic system.

3. Copper pressure‑balanced wear plate for axial clearance compensation, keeps high volumetric efficiency during long continuous running. Low pressure pulsation and low noise.

4. Rated working pressure: 230 bar, peak pressure up to 280–290 bar. Max speed reaches 3000 rpm. CW / CCW rotation optional.

5. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and port configurations can be customized. Seal options include NBR and Viton to adapt different oil temperature and media. Every pump is fully tested before delivery.
