GP40-SP20 Hydraulic Gear Twin Pump is a tandem combined Hydraulic gear pump assembled by GP40 main pump section and SP20 auxiliary pump section, widely used as power source of hydraulic system for various construction and agricultural Machine. This robust hydraulic pump adopts shared drive shaft structure, delivering independent flow for two separate hydraulic circuits simultaneously.

Main Features

1. Combined heavy‑duty cast iron GP40 stage + lightweight aluminum SP20 stage. The main GP40 body uses carburized quenched alloy steel gear pairs and heavy‑duty DU bearings, excellent anti‑wear performance and strong resistance to oil contamination.

2. Copper pressure‑balanced wear plate for axial clearance compensation, maintains high volumetric efficiency during long continuous running. Low pressure pulsation and low noise.

3. Two independent outlet ports: GP40 section supplies large flow for main action circuit; SP20 small pump provides auxiliary flow for steering, pilot or cooling loop. Flexible flow distribution optimizes the whole hydraulic system layout.

4. Rated working pressure: GP40 stage 230 bar, SP20 stage 200 bar; peak pressure up to 290 bar. Max speed reaches 3000 rpm. CW / CCW rotation optional.

5. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and port configurations can be customized. Seal options include NBR and Viton to adapt different oil temperature and media. Every pump is fully tested before delivery, one‑year warranty available.
