GP40 Quad Hydraulic Gear Pump is a heavy‑duty four‑stage tandem Hydraulic gear pump. As a multi‑circuit power unit, this robust hydraulic pump delivers separate flow outputs and serves as the core power source of hydraulic system for various engineering and industrial Machine.

Main Features

1. Built with four pump sections on one shared drive shaft, all stages adopt high‑strength cast iron housing, carburized quenched alloy steel gear pairs and heavy‑duty DU bearings. It features outstanding wear resistance and stable performance even under heavy vibration and poor oil quality.

2. Each section of this Hydraulic gear pump can be configured with different displacements independently, greatly flexible for matching multiple actuators in one complex hydraulic system.

3. Copper pressure‑balanced wear plates are installed on each stage for automatic axial clearance compensation, keeping high volumetric efficiency during long‑time continuous operation, with low pressure pulsation and low noise.

4. Rated working pressure: 230 bar, peak pressure can reach 280–290 bar. The maximum input speed is up to 3000 rpm. Clockwise or counter‑clockwise rotation can be customized as required.

5. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and oil port types are optional. NBR and Viton seals are available to adapt different temperature and hydraulic oil media. Every hydraulic pump will pass strict factory testing before shipment.
