GP40 triple pump‑pair installation Hydraulic gear pump is a customized three‑unit combined tandem Hydraulic gear pump. This modular hydraulic pump adopts pump‑pair assembly structure, which can be pre‑assembled and installed as one integrated power module, acting as the core power source of hydraulic system for various engineering and industrial Machine.

Main Features

1. Triple pump‑pair integrated design based on GP40 series. Three pump sections share one input drive shaft, adopting high‑strength cast iron housing, carburized quenched alloy steel gear pairs and heavy‑duty DU bearings. It delivers stable performance even under heavy vibration, frequent start‑stop and contaminated oil conditions.

2. Each stage of this Hydraulic gear pump supports independent displacement selection, which can freely match different flow demands of multiple actuators inside one complex hydraulic system. The pump‑pair pre‑assembly greatly reduces on‑site installation time and alignment difficulty.

3. Every stage is equipped with copper pressure‑balanced wear plate for automatic axial clearance compensation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency during long continuous running. It features low pressure pulsation and low working noise.

4. Rated working pressure: 230 bar, peak intermittent pressure reaches 280~290 bar. Max input speed up to 3000 rpm, minimum stable speed 500 rpm. Clockwise or counter‑clockwise rotation can be customized.

5. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and oil port configurations are optional. NBR and Viton seal kits are available for different temperature and hydraulic media. Each hydraulic pump undergoes strict performance testing before delivery.
