GP40 triple pump‑pair installation Hydraulic gear pump is a specially designed three‑section tandem combined Hydraulic gear pump. Optimized for paired parallel mounting layout, this heavy‑duty hydraulic pump acts as multi‑circuit power source of hydraulic system for large construction and industrial Machine.

Main Features

1. This triple Hydraulic gear pump adopts integrated three‑stage cast iron pump body with shared input drive shaft, supporting pump‑pair side‑by‑side installation on Machine. The paired installation design simplifies pipeline arrangement and saves installation space of the whole hydraulic system.

2. Each gear stage is equipped with carburized quenched alloy steel gear pair and heavy‑duty DU bearing, fitted with copper pressure balance plate for automatic axial clearance compensation. Excellent volumetric efficiency, low pressure pulsation and long service life even under continuous heavy‑load working.

3. Every of the three sections can select displacement independently from 8 cc/rev to 92 cc/rev. Flexible displacement combinations satisfy different flow demand for lifting, travel, steering and auxiliary circuits inside one hydraulic system.

4. Rated working pressure: 230 bar, peak intermittent pressure reaches 280–290 bar. Max input speed up to 3000 rpm, min speed 500 rpm. Clockwise or counter‑clockwise rotation customizable.

5. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and oil port directions are available to match pump‑pair installation requirements. NBR and Viton seal options for different oil temperature and media. Each hydraulic pump will go through full‑performance testing before shipment.
