Constant current pump Aluminum gear pump is a special‑function single‑stage Hydraulic gear pump with built‑in constant current control valve. This customized hydraulic pump maintains a stable output flow within the preset range, serving as a steady flow power component of hydraulic system for agricultural and engineering Machine.

Main Features

1. Unlike ordinary fixed‑displacement gear pumps, this Hydraulic gear pump integrates constant current regulating valve on aluminum pump housing. It can automatically adjust the bypass flow according to working pressure and rotating speed, keep the effective output flow stable and avoid actuator speed fluctuation on the Machine.

2. Lightweight high‑precision aluminum alloy body and rear cover reduce installation weight. Hardened and finely ground alloy steel gear pair ensures low friction, small pressure pulsation and low noise. Optimized internal flow path reduces heat generation and improves stability of the whole hydraulic system.

3. Constant flow value can be preset according to customer demand. Common displacement ranges: 12 ~ 40 cc/rev. Rated working pressure: 180 bar, peak intermittent pressure up to 220 bar. Max input speed reaches 3000 rpm, CW / CCW rotation optional.

4. Multiple shaft ends, mounting flanges and oil port directions for selection. NBR or Viton seal kits are optional to adapt different hydraulic oil and temperature conditions. Each hydraulic pump must complete constant‑flow calibration and pressure test before delivery.

5. Great interchangeability for original constant current aluminum gear pump spare parts, convenient for after‑sales maintenance and batch assembly.
