Swing Motor M2X210CHB Part No.4668923 is the complete SWING REDUCER assembly for Hitachi EX1200‑6 large mining excavator. Different from FINAL DRIVE and Travel Assembly which drive crawler tracks, this heavy‑duty gear box delivers high torque to rotate the upper cabin, acting as one of the core power units of excavator hydraulic system, together with FINAL DRIVE, Travel Assembly and hydraulic winch forming the whole hydraulic drive solution for heavy Machine.

Main Features

1. This SWING REDUCER adopts Kawasaki M2X210CHB axial piston hydraulic motor integrated with planetary gear box, specially matched for Hitachi EX1200‑6. While FINAL DRIVE / Travel Assembly provides travelling traction and hydraulic winch supplies lifting pull force, this swing gear box controls smooth rotation of excavator upper structure.

2. High‑precision planetary gear set inside gear box is made of carburized quenched alloy steel, outstanding impact resistance and heavy load capacity, perfectly adapted to mining site severe working condition. Built‑in multi‑function valve group contains buffer valve, anti‑reverse valve and parking brake, effectively reduce rotation impact and avoid cab drifting after stop, greatly improve safety and stability of the whole hydraulic system.
