The MARSHINE Breakaway Swivels are particularly useful for applications where excessive pulling tension could damage the cable, conduit, duct, or other utility being installed. The breakaway pin can be selected according to the required breaking load, allowing the same swivel body to be used with different rated pins. The reference design uses quick-change interchangeable pins, which can be replaced between pulling operations.
