3. Single piece casing centralizer combines the highest restoring force with zero start force and zero running force.
4. The bow spring casing centralizer is used to position the casing in the center of the wellbore in vertical deviated and horizontal wells.
5. The single piece centralizers reduce the effect of channelling by improving the cement flow,the results in more uniform cement thickness in the well bore.
6. By reducing the pipe movement before cement sets in.The single piece casing centralizers are able to minimize gas channelling.
7. The single piece centralizers are one piece construction in special high strength steel which imparts excellent hardness and spring action ensuring an unmatched ability to come back to its original shape after undergoing rigorous stress loads conditions.
8. The single piece casing centralizers are available in size 4-1/2" to 20".
9. Any special sizes or combination can be available on requirment.
10. This centralizer undergoes a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent it from rust and coated with special Polyester
Powder.
11. It is shipped in assembled condition only.
12. When shipping them,in order to save space and shipment charges for customers,we usually put the smaller size centralizer into bigger size centralizer.
