The cooling drum scraper is a continuous conductive cooling equipment. working principle

The material is placed in the storage tank, and through the rotation of the drum, the animal material adheres to the surface of the cooling jacket drum to form a thin film. During one rotation of the drum, it cools and crystallizes into a sheet-like powder, which is then scraped off by the discharge scraper and collected by the spiral conveyor.
