Set your glue system to 150–180 °C. Allow the tank to reach operating temperature fully before beginning production. Use a FIFO (first-in, first-out) discipline at the melter to prevent extended high-temperature dwell time, which can accelerate ageing. If the adhesive has been held above 180 °C for more than four hours, purge the tank before resuming normal production.
Substrates must be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, or moisture. For best results on difficult laminates, run a small-scale bond test before full production deployment.
