Working Principle
Rake vacuum dryer unit is usually a batch vacuum one, which is mainly composed of vacuum paddle dryer, heat sources, vacuum unit and filter. Rake vacuum dryer consists of shell, end plate, agitating shaft, driving unit, rotary joint, supporting part and control systems etc. Wet materials are indirectly heated by the heating-medium (steam heat-conducing oil, etc) via jacket and hollow shaft. The moisture is vented by a vacuum pump. Condenser can be added if solvent needs recovered. It is an innovation horizontal batch-type vacuum dryer.The moister of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with squeegee will remove material on hot surface and move in the container to form cycle flow .The evaporated moisture will be pumped by vacuum pump.
