Top Pressure Shearing Mode:

Push the material to be processed to the shear position, then switch the selector to the top pressure shearing position, and press the automatic button. The equipment will start automatic operation (the front cut length needs to be adjusted on the touch screen, generally 300~600 mm). The sequence of actions is: the press descends to press the material until the set pressure is reached; the shear descends to cut the material to the lowest position; the press slightly rises; the shear returns to the standby position; the press returns to the standby position; the feeding moves forward to push the material to the set length, then repeat the above actions. When the material reaches the front limit of the material box, the cutting action is completed, the feed pusher retreats to the rear limit, and the entire shearing process stops.
