SKYSIL SS-402 SILICON DIOXIDE POWDER FOR INK

SS-402 silica matting agent is used in printing ink. Its average particle size is precisely controlled at 3.0-3.5 microns, which can meet the printing
ink's requirements for high-precision surface matte and color reproduction. Its performance is comparable to the international benchmark product
Grace SY7000, making it an ideal choice for high-end printing applications.
- Organic surface treatment: we are using customized surface treatment technology to improve silica matting agent's properties and chemical
interness which can reduce system viscosity, ensure uniform dispersion, and avoid ink storage stratification or printing agglomeration problems
- Fine particle size: the narrow distribution particle size of 3.0-3.5 microns can form a dense and uniform microstructure after the ink film is formed,
which can maintain the fluidity of the ink while achieving efficient matting and ensuring the clarity and color saturation of the printed dots.
- Versatile adaptability: our SS-402 silica matting agent is suitable for water-based, solvent-based and UV-curable ink systems, compatible with a
variety of resins such as acrylic, epoxy, polyamide, etc., widely used in packaging printing, labels, books and periodicals, etc., especially suitable
for matte paper products and high value-added printed products.
This product has been successfully applied to offset inks, gravure inks, UV curing inks and other systems, and has achieved remarkable results in
packaging printing, label printing, special anti-counterfeiting inks and other fields. Laboratory verification shows that it has good compatibility with
common resins (such as polyurethane and acrylic resin) and stable performance within the pH range of 5-8.
