The 2mm thick aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy (Aluzinc) roof steel coil, specially designed for harsh environments, adopts an innovative coating formula of 55% aluminum -43.4% zinc -1.6% silicon + magnesium. Its corrosion resistance is 50% higher than that of traditional galvanized sheets. The self-healing feature automatically forms a protective film at the edge of the cut. It is the ultimate protective solution for photovoltaic power stations, industrial plants and coastal buildings.
 
Galvalume Steel and Aluzinc Steel are actually high-performance metallic materials with the same origin but different names. Both of them adopt advanced hot-dip galvanizing processes to uniformly coat the surface of cold-rolled substrates with aluminum-zinc alloy coatings. The chemical ratio of its coating is precisely controlled at 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. After being melted and cured at a high temperature of 600℃, a dense and self-healing composite protective layer is formed. This coating innovatively combines the excellent weather resistance of aluminium with the sacrificial anode protection feature of zinc. Its corrosion resistance life is 2 to 6 times longer than that of traditional galvanized steel plates, and it can withstand an extreme high-temperature environment of 315℃ without causing any structural damage. The products are widely used in key components such as high-end building curtain walls, industrial plant enclosures and automotive exhaust manifolds. The surface is treated with advanced coating processes such as PVDF fluorocarbon, SMP silicon-modified polyester or PE polyester, which can achieve various decorative effects such as mirror finish, brushed finish and wood grain.

Galvanized Steel: Galvanized steel sheet uses hot-dip or electroplating processes to build a high-purity zinc protective layer on the surface of low-carbon steel substrates. Typical galvanizing grades include specifications such as Z120 (120g/m²) and Z150 (150g/m²), with a thickness range precisely covering 0.13-2.0mm. This product has taken a leading position in the fields of building structure frames, exterior panels of home appliances and lightweight metal products, thanks to its outstanding welding formability and adaptability to mechanical processing. Its cost-benefit advantage is particularly significant. 1070 aluminum alloy: With a purity exceeding the technical barrier of 99.7%, it features an ultra-high electrical conductivity of 62% of the international annealed copper standard (IACS) and an outstanding thermal conductivity of 229W/m·K. It is widely used in high-precision fields such as electron tube shielding nets and power cable arching
3003 aluminum alloy: By microalloying manganese, its strength has increased by 10%. It combines resistance to intergranular corrosion and deep drawing formability, making it an ideal material for manufacturing pressure vessels such as oil tanks and liquid chemical storage tanks
The product forms cover precision coils with a thickness of 0.2-4.5mm, industrial pipes with a diameter of 10-500mm, and special plates with a maximum size of 16,000 ×2600mm, perfectly adapting to diversified application scenarios such as building curtain wall decoration, food-grade processing equipment, and rail transit vehicle components.

Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is classified into four precision systems according to its organizational structure:
