Product details

It is produced by adopting the world-leading continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. Through a fully automated production line, cold-rolled steel strips are continuously immersed in zinc liquid at 450-465℃ to form a uniform and dense zinc-iron alloy coating. The product features a controllable coating weight of Z60-Z275 (60-275g/m² on both sides), and its surface presents various forms such as standard zinc flowers, small zinc flowers or zinc-free flowers, meeting different decorative and anti-corrosion requirements. The base plate is made of high-quality low-carbon steel (C≤0.12%), and is strictly controlled by the annealing process to ensure that the material has excellent formability (elongation ≥18%) and welding performance.

Galvalume Steel, relying on the cutting-edge continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology, ingeniously integrates aluminium, zinc and silicon to construct a nanoscale alloy protective coating on the surface of steel. This coating forms a dense structure through metallurgical bonding, and its corrosion resistance is several times that of ordinary galvanized steel plates, effectively resisting the erosion of harsh environments such as acid rain and salt spray. The production process strictly adheres to the ASTM A792 standard.
