The AZ150 Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel Coil adopts an advanced continuous hot-dip galvanizing process to coat the surface of steel with an aluminum-zinc alloy coating. The weight of the coating per square meter reaches 150 grams, forming a dense and uniform protective layer. This coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. With its special metallurgical structure, its corrosion resistance is several times that of ordinary galvanized steel plates, and it can effectively resist acid rain, salt spray and ultraviolet erosion. With excellent flexibility and formability, it can meet the complex processing requirements such as rolling and stamping, and is widely used in fields such as building roofs, home appliance shells, and automotive parts.

Galvalume Steel,adopts a patented alloy formula of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, and forms a unique microstructure through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. Its corrosion resistance is 4 to 6 times that of ordinary galvanized sheets (ASTM B117 salt spray test for 3000 hours), the reflectivity is as high as 75%, which can effectively reduce building energy consumption by 15%, and the long-term heat resistance reaches 315℃. The product thickness ranges from 0.3 to 3.0mm, and it offers multiple coating specifications from AZ60 to AZ150. It is particularly suitable for the roof and wall systems of large-span buildings such as industrial plants and logistics warehouses, with a service life of up to 30 years.

Galvanized Steel,hot-dip galvanized steel coil strictly adheres to ASTM A653 standard, uses an environmentally friendly chromium-free passivation process, and the zinc coating weight is adjustable from Z60 to Z275. Its self-healing property ensures that the cut is still protected, and the conventional zinc flower and small zinc flower surfaces meet different decorative requirements. The product has a yield strength of 140-500MPa and an elongation of ≥18%. It is widely used in fields such as building steel structures and highway guardrails. Verified by a third party, it has a service life of over 25 years in a C4-level corrosive environment and is the most cost-effective metal anti-corrosion solution.

Aluminum Coil/Pipe/Plate, the 3003/5052 series aluminum alloy products are produced through the continuous casting and rolling process, and the thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm. The natural oxide film keeps the product stable in an environment with a pH of 2-11, and the curtain wall special board has passed the 2000-hour acidic salt spray test. It offers multiple hardness states such as H14, H24, and H32, and supports surface treatments like fluorocarbon spraying and anodizing. With a thermal conductivity of 237W/(m·K), it is the preferred material for solar frames and building curtain walls. Its 100% recyclable feature meets LEED certification requirements.

Stainless Steel, 304/316L stainless steel plates adopt the AOD ladle refining process, with a carbon content of ≤0.03% to ensure the welding performance. 316L contains 2-3% molybdenum. Its pitting potential in a 5%NaCl solution is 300mV higher than that of 304. The surface can be processed into different states such as 2B, BA, No.4, etc. The surface roughness of the mirror plate is Ra≤0.05μm. The product has passed the ASTM A240 certification and is suitable for high-end fields such as medical buildings and seaside curtain walls. The antibacterial model has an inhibition rate of Escherichia coli of more than 99%.

Aluzinc Steel, through its unique eutectic microstructure design, has a corrosion resistance six times that of galvanized sheets (tested by ISO 9227). The product has a heat resistance of up to 400℃, a solar reflectivity of 83%, and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 23×10⁻⁶/℃. It supports strict processing such as 180° bending (radius 1T), and the adhesion of the coating has passed the T-bend test. It is an ideal material choice for large-span buildings such as industrial plants and airport terminals, and its service life is three times longer than that of galvanized sheets.

Prepainted Steel, with a 25μm thick PVDF fluorocarbon coating, has passed the 2000-hour QUV-A test with a color retention rate of over 90%. The substrate is made of G550 high-strength steel (yield strength ≥550 mpa), and the coating system consists of 5μm primer +15μm topcoat +5μm clear coat. It offers over 200 standard colors to choose from, supporting special effects such as metallic and pearlescent colors. It is suitable for high-end commercial building curtain walls. Factory prefabrication can reduce on-site construction losses by 30% and overall costs by 25%.
