Galvalume anti-corrosion coated steel coil adopts a unique alloy formula of 55% aluminum -43.4% zinc -1.6% silicon, and forms a dense metal protective layer on the surface of the steel plate through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. The product combines the durability of aluminium and the sacrificial anode protection characteristics of zinc, demonstrating outstanding anti-corrosion performance in harsh environments. It is an upgraded replacement material for traditional galvanized products.

Galvalume steel coils adopt the revolutionary 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating technology. The anti-corrosion performance certified by ASTM A792 exceeds that of traditional galvanized products by more than three times. Its unique microstructure performs exceptionally well in salt spray tests (for over 3,000 hours), and its high-reflectivity surface can reduce building energy consumption by 15%. It is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as industrial plants and logistics warehouses. The product offers multiple coating specifications ranging from AZ100 to AZ200, supports customized finishing surface treatment, and features excellent heat resistance (long-term tolerance to 315℃) and molding processing performance.

Galvanized Steel, as a classic solution for metal anti-corrosion, strictly adheres to ASTM A653 standard for hot-dip galvanized steel coils, and the Z60-Z275 coating weight provides precise protection. Adopting an environmentally friendly chromium-free passivation process, the self-healing feature ensures the protection of the cut surface, and the conventional/small zinc flower surface meets different decorative requirements. It is especially recommended for outdoor facilities such as building steel structures and agricultural greenhouses. With a 25-year service life verified by a third party, it can be matched with various coating systems to achieve double protection.

Stainless steel 304/316L stainless steel plates, with an alloy ratio of more than 18% chromium, provide permanent protection for landmark buildings. The 316L molybdenum-containing steel grade certified by ASTM A240 has a threefold improvement in corrosion resistance in coastal environments. The multi-surface treatments such as 2B/BA/HL meet different design requirements. The antibacterial grade products are particularly suitable for medical buildings. The precise embossing technology can achieve pattern depth control at the 0.05mm level.

Aluzinc Steel aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy coated steel sheet (55%Al-Zn-Si), through its unique phase structure design, has an anti-corrosion performance six times that of traditional galvanized sheets. The product certified by ASTM A792 has a heat resistance exceeding 400℃, a bright silver surface with a solar reflectivity of 83%, and is the preferred material for large-span buildings such as industrial plants and transportation hubs. It supports deep stamping processing, with a bending radius up to twice the plate thickness. The adhesion of the coating has passed the 180° bending test.

The Prepainted Steel pre-coated steel coil adopts an environmentally friendly PVDF coating system and achieves a 20-year color retention commitment (5000 hours of QUV test) through a 25μm three-coat and two-bake process. More than 200 standard color cards support 3D effect customization, and special coatings such as antibacterial and self-cleaning meet the needs of medical buildings.
