Overview
U+S is a combined sealing ring. The star ring ensures the pre-compression amount under low pressure or vacuum conditions, the system pressure is transmitted to the sealing lip of the U-ring through the star ring, the U-ring is loaded with the increase of the system pressure, and the sealing effect is basically related to the temperature Regardless of the change, when the U-shaped ring is worn to a certain extent, the star-shaped ring plays a compensating role to ensure its sealing effect.

U+S has good wear resistance and anti-extrusion performance; insensitive to shock loads and pressure peaks; ideal sealing effect under no-load and low temperature conditions; suitable for harsh working environments; easy to install.

Scope of application
U+S is mainly used for sealing plungers, piston rods, air drills, telescopic cylinders, forging presses and mobile machinery and other hydraulic equipment.

Pressure: ≤35 Mpa, when the pressure is higher than 20MPa, it is recommended to use a retaining Mechanical Seals.

Temperature: -30℃ ~ +80℃

Speed: Reciprocating ≤0.8m/s

Medium: Petroleum-based hydraulic oil, emulsion, not suitable for environmentally safe hydraulic oil (bio-oil).
