Description of Enclosed Room:
HDG Enclosed Room is specifically designed for the surface preparation or pretreatment working area of hot dip galvanizing, with the aim of enclosing the pretreatment tank in a closed space to prevent the volatilization of acid mist and other gases. As an environmental protection equipment,the enclosed room adopts anti-corrosion panels, and ventilation pipes are designed above the walls to pump acid mist into the acid mist treatment system. The enclosed room is equipped with negative pressure sensors to ensure negative pressure for internal use.
The enclosed room is a steel structure skeleton, with a room in room structure. Use an induced draft fan to suck acid mist into the acid mist electric capture tower for treatment; Under the action of the induced draft fan inside the enclosed room, a micro negative pressure of 0-10Pa is formed, effectively controlling the diffusion and overflow of acid mist, and completely eliminating the phenomenon of unorganized discharge caused by acid mist overflow.
