The Plastic Pipe Vacuum Calibration Tank is a critical component in PP Plastic Extruder, Extruder plastic, and PVC Extrusion Profiles lines. It cools and sizes newly extruded PVC, HDPE, or PPR pipe while ensuring dimensional accuracy and low internal stress. Vacuum pressure plus water cooling quickly solidifies the melt, locks in diameter, wall thickness, and straightness, and prevents warping. Pair this tank with any PP Plastic Extruder or PVC Extrusion Profiles setup for precision pipe ready to cut and pack.
