The plastic vacuum calibration tank—standard equipment on every PVC Profile Production Line and WPC Profile Extrusion Machine—offers precise up-down / left-right movement that can be manually adjusted through the threaded hand-wheels.

Dual-circuit water supply system for independent spray and vacuum zones.
Variable-frequency vacuum auto-control system that self-tunes to the profile puller speed of the PVC Profile Production Line or WPC Profile Extrusion Machine.
Water-temperature control: 0–30 °C mechanical regulating valve keeps the cooling rate ideal for rigid PVC or wood-plastic composites.
High-level drainage: electromagnetic level gauge + pneumatic angle-seat valve.
Low-level make-up: stainless-steel float maintains minimum bath level.
Clamping quick-connect ABS nozzles deliver intensive, uniform spray cooling—critical for tight dimensional tolerance on any PVC Profile Production Line or WPC Profile Extrusion Machine.
Large PE “European-cosmetics” filter cartridge for high-flow, fine-particle removal.
Combined vacuum seal: spray flange + natural-rubber O-ring.
Six half-moon tray sets (or nylon rollers) support the profile and preserve roundness / straightness.
Tempered-glass door cover with convex rubber seal for safe, drip-free viewing.
Manual fill & drain ports plus high-capacity gas-water separator.
In-line flow meter lets operators fine-tune water distribution to each rubber calibration sleeve.
