Electro galvanized iron wire ranging from 8# to 26# ,it is widely used by customers.We can produce 0.1-500 kg packaging and also produce according to the customer's special request.

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Sizes: Electro galvanized iron wire ranging from BWG8# to BWG16# is the mostly used for customers. We also offer thinner galvanized wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customers specific order. Single coil package for electro galvanized iron wire can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.

Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire, also known as hot-dip zinc-plated iron wire, or thermally galvanized iron wire.

Hot-dipped galvanized iron wire at diameter from 0.19mm to 25.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire, etc. We produce quality hot-dip galvanized iron wire with careful control of every processes from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, electric galvanizing to wire coiling.

Wire diameter range of Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire: 0.19mm - 25.0mm.

Zinc coating for Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire: about 40gram - 290gram.

Production Process of Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire: Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.
