Rubber flap check valve, also known as check valve, one-way valve or return valve, is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover and rubber flap. The design of this valve enables it to effectively prevent the reverse flow of media in the pipeline system, thereby protecting pumps and other equipment from damage caused by water hammer effects. Rubber flaps are usually made of stainless steel structure steel plates, steel bars, and reinforced nylon cloth as substrates, with an outer layer covered with rubber. They can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent backflow, or on the bypass pipe of the inlet and outlet pipe of the reservoir to prevent the pool water from flowing back into the water supply system. These valves are generally suitable for cleaning media and are not suitable for media containing solid particles and large viscosity.

The main technical parameters of rubber flap check valves include nominal pressure, shell test pressure, sealing test pressure, and applicable temperature. For example, the nominal pressure of HC44X series is usually 1.0MPa and 1.6MPa, the shell test pressure is 1.5MPa and 2.4MPa respectively, the sealing test pressure is 1.1MPa and 1.76MPa, and the applicable temperature does not exceed 80 ℃. These parameters determine the performance of rubber flap check valves under different operating conditions.
