Product Characteristics

By embedding ceramic sheets with high wear-resistant properties on the rubber surface, a highly wear-resistant ceramic rubber sheet is formed that can resist the abrasion caused by the material on the surface of the drum. Compared with the traditional rubber sheet, the service life of ceramic rubber sheet can be extended by 8 to 10 times, which significantly reduces the maintenance cost caused by the frequency of drum replacement and downtime.
In order to realise the self-cleaning function of the drum, we specially designed the drainage grooves on the ceramic rubber sheet, so that the materials or foreign materials adhering to the surface of the drum can be discharged through the grooves, even in the case of high moisture, our unique design of the grooves can easily discharge them, thus reducing the wear and tear of the drum and belt slipping caused by the friction of the accumulation of foreign materials.
The unique spherical structure of the ceramic discs on the surface of the ceramic rubber sheet significantly improves the friction between the equipment and avoids slipping. Especially in the wet or muddy environment, the ceramic rubber plate's anti-slip performance is particularly excellent, can make the equipment to maintain stable operation.
Our ceramic rubber plate also adopts semi-sulphurised CN layer, with our production of roller covering adhesive used together, a strong chemical reaction can occur, making the rubber plate and the roller surface to form a strong adhesive force between the rubber plate and the equipment to prevent the rubber plate and the equipment from falling off.
