Working Principle

Gravity casting machine refers to the casting molding process in which molten metal is injected into the mold under the action of gravity. By pouring liquid metal into a pre-designed mold, after the molten metal cools and solidifies, the casting of the required shape and size is obtained.

Structural Features

Mold Closing Mechanism: The eight-shaped guiding mold organization is selected, and the opening and closing posture is stable. Cooling system: The mold is cooled by air cooling or water cooling to reduce the mold temperature and increase the mold service life. The cooling intensity of the cooling system can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
