On the other hand, in sections where the focus is more on the smooth conveyance of the strip at a specific speed, like in some transportation segments, the speed-type control method is utilized. Motors driving these S rollers are precisely regulated to rotate at a set speed, ensuring a consistent and efficient movement of the strip through the Galvanizing Machine Line.

The Hot Galvanizing Production Line, a key component in metal processing, efficiently coats steel products with a zinc layer through a hot-dipping process, enhancing their corrosion resistance and durability.
