The results showed that the use of PLA film packaging could inhibit broccoli from turning yellow and curd shedding, and effectively maintain the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C and soluble solids in broccoli. PLA film has excellent gas selective permeability, which helps to form a storage environment with low O2 and high CO2 in the PLA packaging bag, which can inhibit the life activities of broccoli and reduce the loss of water and the consumption of nutrients. The results showed that: compared with PE plastic wrap, PLA film packaging can prolong the shelf life of broccoli at room temperature by 1 to 2 days, and the preservation effect is obvious.
