As an equivalent replacement for Sipernat D10, S10 achieves the optimal balance between defoaming efficiency and lubricant stability through

precise hydrophobic engineering and customized physical properties.

1. Hydrophobic Core (Loss on Ignition ≤8.0%)

• An 8% loss on ignition corresponds to a 5.5-6.5wt% silicone coating, resulting in: Water contact angle >125°; 0.1% addition yields a

water-based foam collapse time of ≤5 seconds. Enhanced oil resistance: Hydrophobicity loss <10% after 500 hours of service in 150°C gear oil.

2. Specific Surface Area (50-70 m²/g) – The Performance Balance

• Defoamer: A medium specific surface area optimizes adsorption at the air-liquid interface, resulting in sustained foam suppression of ≥90 minutes

(compared to products with >100 m²/g, which can lead to cratering).

• Lubricant: Precisely control the thickening rate to avoid a surge in pumping resistance. 3. Tapped density (130-150g/L)—the key to process adaptability
