A sleeve shrink packing machine is used to package products by wrapping them in a plastic sleeve and then shrinking the sleeve tightly around the product using heat. The working process of a sleeve shrink packing machine typically involves the following steps:
1. Product Loading: The operator places the products to be packaged onto the conveyor belt or loading area of the machine.
2. Sleeve Placement: A roll of plastic sleeve material is loaded onto the machine. The machine automatically cuts a piece of sleeve material to the desired length and positions it around the product.
3. Sealing: The machine uses heat or adhesive to seal the edges of the sleeve together, creating a sealed package around the product.
4. Shrinkage: The sealed package is then passed through a heat tunnel or chamber, where hot air is circulated around the package. The heat causes the plastic sleeve to shrink tightly around the product, conforming to its shape.
5. Cooling: After the shrinkage process, the package is cooled down to ensure the plastic sleeve maintains its shape and tightly wraps the product.
6. Product Discharge: The finished packages are then discharged from the machine, ready for further handling or shipping.
