Performance overview
This product is a water-soluble microemulsion cutting fluid with high lubrication and stable biological properties.
It has good cooling, lubricating, and rust-proof functions, and is safe and non-toxic.
Using SF328-S can obtain the ideal non-ferrous metal aluminum alloy processing effect, improve the surface finish and processing efficiency,
and prolong the service life of the tool. The recommended water ratio is 1:10-1:15 (the specific use concentration depends on the working conditions,
generally the higher the concentration, the better the lubricating and anti-rust performance).

Extremely low foam suppression, even if pure water is used, there is no need to worry about foam problems.
The super antibacterial performance can be used for more than 1 year in a stand-alone environment, and more than 2 years for centralized liquid supply.

Medium-duty processing of some ferrous metals such as die steel and stainless steel.
 
Attentions
Customers choose the appropriate water mixing ratio according to their own processing material requirements to reduce waste. Generally, the higher the concentration,
the better the rust prevention and lubrication effect.
If the stock solution is stored for a long time, the appearance will turn slightly yellow, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the processing effect.
It is recommended to use mechanical stirring to dissolve the product at low temperature to avoid partial soap analysis caused by bubbling or vigorous washing and stirring, especially when the hard water is >200ppm.
Do not mix with other cutting fluids when using. Please add stock solution and water in proportion when replenishing liquid. Water cannot be replenished directly.
