Stainless Steel is based on the Fe-Cr-Ni alloy system and achieves corrosion resistance through a passivation film. Produced in accordance with ASTM A240 standards, food contact equipment meets FDA hygiene requirements, and chemical pressure vessels are treated with solution solutions to ensure stable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
Aluzinc Steel follows the same technical route as Galvalume Steel, and the alloy coating has been internationally certified. The two-phase plating solution process ensures uniform coating and performs exceptionally well in the neutral salt spray test. In the manufacturing of building roofs and home appliance back panels, both weather resistance and lightweight requirements are taken into account.
Prepainted Steel is coated with organic coatings by continuous roller coating process and complies with the JIS G 3302 standard. The coating features excellent hardness and impact resistance. In applications such as architectural color steel plates and home appliance panels, it meets the requirements of consistent appearance and high weather resistance.
