Product Description

Introduction:

The automatic folder gluer stitcher machine is composed of feeding, folding and stitching parts, alignment and correction parts. Frequency conversion speed regulation, simple and reliable operation. Automatic folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output. Average stitching speed 60m/min,it is about 70-110 pieces. Glue speed 130m/min,,it is about 100-200 pieces.

Feeder department

1. It adopts dopt the belt leading edge suction paper, accurate and reliable.
2. the use of high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, so that the feeder part can be controlled independently, simple and reliable operation.
3. Press paper wheels adjustable, suitable for the thickness of cardboard 2-8mm.
4. The front baffl e of the feeder part and the paper belt can be adjusted .

Folding part

1. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the system is noiseless, the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
2. It adopts imported high friction belt conveying board, automatic folding.

Count and stacker part

1. Digital control, simple operation, reliable action, can not stop the input data, automatic counting, accurate output.
2. With deviation correction function, deviation can be adjusted.
3. Counting and pushing using pneumatic, reliable,accurate and fast action.
