Connection step
1.Preparation: First, clean the connection part of the HDPE pipe and the fused 90° elbow fittings to be free of dirt and impurities. At the same time, check whether the dimensions and specifications of the pipe and the elbow match.
2.Install the melt welding equipment: Install the melting welding equipment in a suitable position to ensure convenient and safe operation of HDPE pipe and fittings.
3.Connection: insert the pipe and elbow into the fixture of the welding equipment. Then, start the equipment and melt welding. The welding time and temperature shall be set according to the requirements of the PE pipe material, and the general heating plate temperature is set within the range of 210- -225℃ (actual temperature).
4.Cooling: After welding, wait for the connection to cool and cure. Do not move the hdpe water pipe and the elbow during the cooling process, so as not to affect the connection effect.
5.Check: After cooling, check that the connection part is firm and sealed. You can gently twist the pipe and elbow by hand to confirm whether the connection is firm.
