Working Principle:
In enclosed room, hydrochloric acid(HCl) is volatile and can produces acid mist. After the exhaust gas is collected by the fan, it enters the acid mist absorber tower or spray purification tower. During the washing process, the contact between gas and liquid is used to transfer the pollutants to liquid, and then the clean gas is separated from the contaminated liquid so as to achieve clean air. The exhausted gas is treated by gas-liquid reverse absorption, that is, the liquid is sprayed from the top of the tower downward in the form of mist (or small droplets), and the exhaust gas is contacted by the tower body (reverse flow). Part of the water vapor is separated and flows into the bottom of the tower body after passing through the demisting filler. Ultimately, the exhaust gas is purified inside the spray tower.
The tower is combined with baghouse connected with pickling room as the acid mist treatment system.
