The mold shown is a high-cavity precision automotive electronic accessories plastic injection mold, engineered specifically for the mass production of small. The cavities are precisely machined with micron-level accuracy to ensure each molded part meets strict tolerances, a necessity for components that require perfect fit and functionality in end assemblies. This type of mold also integrates an advanced cooling system, with channels carefully distributed to achieve uniform temperature control across all cavities, thereby preventing warpage and shrinkage variation.

The black wires visible in the design are part of embedded heating or temperature monitoring systems, ensuring stable processing conditions even during high-speed cycles.
