Application:
Testing the bending performance of flat pins on plugs rated up to and including 15A.
Technical Principle:
The pressure device should be placed on a stable platform, and the level of the equipment is maintained by adjusting the support feet (level gauge provided by the customer).
The equipment uses a five-point manual fixture to secure the tested plug, and the bending life test of the pins is conducted through automatic pressurization by the electric cylinder.
Technical Parameters:
1. Distance from the pressure point to the end surface of the plug in the horizontal direction: 14±0.5 mm
2. Downward pressing height of the pin on the tested plug in the vertical direction: 7.5±0.3 mm
3. Maximum pressure of the device: 1000 N
4. Maximum stroke of the device: 12±3 mm
5. Maximum speed of the press head: 12 mm/s
6. Time required for a single cycle: <10s
7. Interval time between continuous cycles: >10s
8. Number of continuous automatic cycles: 20 times
